Selected Projects
Below is a selection of projects reflecting my editing experience across government, academic, legal and policy publications.
Regulation in Australia - Second Edition
The expanded new edition of Regulation in Australia addresses major developments since 2017, including the pandemic, regulatory failures and rapid technological change. It offers a comprehensive overview of regulatory principles, tools and actors across all levels of Australian government, with new chapters on behavioural regulation, regulatory technologies and AI. Practical guidance on strategy, evaluation and capacity-building makes it a key resource for regulators, policymakers, lawyers and students.
Sentencing Occupational Health and Safety Offences in Victoria: Report and Recommendations
In its report to the Victorian Government, the Sentencing Advisory Council makes 12 recommendations for reform regarding the sentencing of occupational health and safety offences in Victoria. These recommendations, and the report's other findings, will be invaluable for improving workplace safety and accountability.
Research Paper No 8 - Tasmania Law Reform Institute
The Tasmania Law Reform Institute' research paper, Commissions of Inquiry Act 1995 (Tas) and the Evidence Act 2001 (Tas) s 194K, recommends flexible rules for procedural fairness in commissions of inquiry, so responses to adverse findings may be tailored to their seriousness. The aim is to better balance inquiry powers with individual rights. The paper comprehensively examines these issues within the context of inquiries throughout Australia and their differing powers.
ARC Centre of Excellence for Carbon Science & Innovation

I provided structural editing and copyediting support to the successful application by the University of NSW for an Australian Research Council (ARC) Centre of Excellence grant. The ARC Centre of Excellence for Carbon Science & Innovation is developing carbon-based materials and technologies for clean energy and chemical production.
